Permanent, full-time post starting as soon as possible.

Administrative and support pay scale - 8 weeks holidays entitlement. Work from home possible (hybrid).

Permanent post - Full-time - Working hours 8.30am - 5.00pm

Administrative and Support staff pay scale, 8 weeks’ holiday entitlement.

This full-time Reception role involves manning the school switchboard and main reception desk in the School’s administrative headquarters building, welcoming visitors, providing refreshments, being a central point for information and enquiries, taking messages, distributing incoming/internal postal mail, keeping Reception area tidy and well-stocked, making taxi, hotel, and travel bookings.

For this front-line role we require a smart and professional presentation.

Essential skills required for this post:

  • Bilingual English & French (spoken & written),
  • Excellent customer service,
  • Meticulous administrative skills with a keen eye for detail,
  • Fast and accurate typing in English and French,
  • Excellent mastery of MS Office software and confident use of databases,

What are we looking for in a supply teacher?

A university degree with a PGCE, or Bachelor of Education.
A recent experience of classroom teaching, preferably in a school following the National Curriculum of England.

Living in Paris area, willing and able to commute to Croissy-sur-Seine at short notice.
