Amanda Mahé graduated with a BA Honours degree in German with French from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
She then gained her Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Secondary Modern Languages from Southampton University. She has taught in schools in the UK, Germany, Spain and France.
She has also used her languages in business, having worked for British Airways, 3i and HarbourVest Partners.
