Last Thursday, the Nursery and Reception classes had the pleasure of walking to the park between our school and Les Cerisiers to meet their French friends for the third time this year.
The morning began with songs in French and English, after which the children shared the delicious cakes they had baked the previous day during their French lesson. They then took part in a variety of fun activities with pupils from both schools in mixed groups, including parachute games, mini-beast hunts, tomato games and painting with ice paint.
It was wonderful to see the children communicating, playing and learning together while enjoying a fantastic morning outdoors.
