Last Friday, Year 5 welcomed their French pen pals from Jules Verne to The British School of Paris for a day of fun. The day began with a tour of the school, led by our BSP pupils who were eager to showcase the French they had learned in class by introducing the visitors to the various areas of the school.
Next, the children worked together in teams with their pen pals to complete a bilingual language quest. Everyone was highly engaged and enjoyed using both French and English to complete the challenges.
After enjoying a picnic on the green pitch, the children spent the afternoon playing games and getting to know each other better. It was a fantastic day of friendship, language learning and cultural exchange.
