On Saturday 6th June, after completing their Year 12 exams, the Senior Beach Volleyball teams played in the inaugural BSP Beach Volleyball Tournament at Croissy Stade’s indoor facility against local schools ISP and EJM. The event this year was largely a trial event to test its viability for future years.
We have already been contacted by several other local schools about hosting this tournament next year in a larger format.
It has been so pleasing to see beach volleyball grow in recent years since its introduction to the Summer Term programme.
Congratulations to all of the pupils who played in this exciting new tournament. This marks the conclusion of the beach volleyball season for this year.
Special thanks go to the staff involved for coaching the teams. We look forward to more budding athletes joining the programme next year.
