Prior to the event, the Junior School took part in a lively assembly exploring jobs with the required skill set, interviews and the importance of making a great first impression. There was plenty of laughter as staff modelled examples of what not to wear to an interview, while pupils practised confident handshakes, strong eye contact and professional posture.
On the day, the Main Hall was buzzing with excitement. Staff and parents represented a wide range of careers and generously gave their time to speak with the children, sharing stories, demonstrations and fascinating props that truly brought their jobs to life. Many pupils didn’t want to leave! Such a valuable experience for building confidence, curiosity and ambition. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the afternoon such a memorable and inspiring event for our Junior School pupils!
