Over the past few weeks, Year 6 children have been developing their knowledge of fractions.
They have worked hard and shown great focus to grasp the conceptual understanding behind addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
Throughout this process, they have used practical equipment and diagrams to support their learning.
Currently, they are using Cuisenaire rods to develop their understanding of how to find fractions of amounts. Well done to all of Year 6 for their efforts.
