Sewing Workshop in Year 2

One Friday morning, just before the holidays, a hush fell over the Year 2 classrooms. Wherever you looked, you would see parents sitting with their child, sewing. The children were so happy to be sewing with their parents that they created some incredible decorations using the blanket and running stitches. For us teachers, it was bliss; normally, we would have a queue of children waiting for us to rethread a needle or untangle a mess. Thank you to all the parents who came to help — your expertise was truly appreciated by all.
