Senior School
Pupils have spent time this week reflecting on the impact of bullying and their role within it, through looking at our anti-bullying advice, watching pupil-produced videos and considering different scenarios.
Hopefully, your child can talk to you about how they might use their ‘Power for Good’ in looking after their peers. The highlight of the programme was Odd Socks Day on Monday, with the winner to be announced during Tuesday’s assembly.
Please do contact The Welfare Team on ssc@britishschool.fr if you have any concerns about your child. Parent resources and advice can be found here:
Junior School
On Monday, we celebrated Odd Socks Day across the Junior School as part of Anti-Bullying Week 2025 with ‘Power of Good’ being the theme of the week.
As well as wearing odd socks and wristbands, special PSHE lessons and assemblies also took place. The children thought carefully about how to use their Power for Good to safely speak up and raise awareness when they see bullying, face to face or online.
We have also been awarded a certificate from the Anti Bullying Alliance in recognition of our support for this excellent cause. We will put this on display in the atrium, next to our Kindness School Award. Well done everyone!
