The children have thoroughly enjoyed producing some wonderful art as they explored spirals in art and nature. They worked carefully to develop their cutting and fine motor skills using a variety of materials, including chalks, paint, pastels, and wax resist.
They discovered that they could use their whole bodies to create spirals, and our playground looked beautiful with all their designs — until the rain came, at least! Fortunately, we also have beautiful artwork to display inside, both on the walls and in their sketchbooks.
