The BSP U18 netball team recently participated in the inaugural Fête du Netball, featuring ten teams from across France. The tournament was an exciting opportunity for the girls to demonstrate their skills and teamwork in front of the home crowd.
The BSP team had a strong start in the league stages, winning all three matches against LMML Pinks, Paris Montparnasse and Clesse Dragons. Their consistent performance and excellent passing earned them a place in Division One for the play-offs, where the competition was more challenging.
In this top division, the team faced tough opponents, recording two losses but also securing a win and a draw. Every player contributed to an outstanding team effort and a great start to the netball season.
Having gained valuable experience and confidence, the BSP U18 team is now looking forward to their next match against a visiting team from South Africa, eager to build on their impressive tournament performance.
