At the weekend the BSP hosted Netball France’s Fête du Netball, with over a hundred players from all over France.
The event included junior and senior trials for the French national team, workshops hosted by national coaches including the former England Roses player, Geva Mentor, and match play aimed at different levels of experience and skill. There was an amazing atmosphere and feeling of achievement for all involved.
The BSP Community team took part and thoroughly enjoyed the matches they played and the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques.
Last, but by no means least, we would like to say a huge thank you to the BSPCA parents who ran the catering for the two days. They did a fantastic job that was appreciated by all.
