Mini Violin Concert
On a lovely spring Tuesday, 12 violin students and 1 cello student came together for a mini concert, filling the air with music and excitement. It was a great way to celebrate all their hard work!
The concert was a mix of group performances and solos with a special mention to one of our Year 4 pupils who performed her own composition!
The children, from Year 2 to Year 6, played with such confidence and their nerves quickly turned to excitement as they performed for their families and teachers.
Each of them really showed how far they’ve come. Some had only been playing for a few months, but they all played with brilliant concentration.
The parents and teachers were full of applause, which was wonderful to see. At the end I was so proud of their progress. It was such a special day!
Many thanks to the pupils, their parents (for all the help and nerves!), the class teachers for their continued support and of course our music teachers.
Nursery Music Session
What a joy to see the children and their parents together for a music session last Tuesday morning.
First hugs, and then off to make music together.
Rhythm, movement, voice and percussion, all the ingredients for a very musical moment together.
Bubbles at the end and smiles all round. What a happy time.
Thank you to all the parents who joined us and we wish you all a happy holiday.
