This half term, some of our Year 5 children have been diving into the world of fashion design!
They started by exploring ideas through visual notes, studying influential designers and experimenting with patterns.
From concept to creation, they have designed and crafted ocean themed outfits that showcase their creativity.
We cannot wait for you to see their incredible work at the upcoming art show!
Geography
This week, Year 5 children completed an exciting volcano experiment in their Geography lessons.
Each group built their own volcano and observed the chemical reaction of vinegar and bicarbonate of soda to create a volcanic eruption.
They then went on to learn how volcanoes are formed and why they erupt.
