Multisports Weekend
On Friday 12th May a group of KS3 Multisports pupils set off for a fixtures weekend in Surrey, England.
On Friday evening the two girls’ and two boys’ teams played ACS Cobham “The Cougars” in football and basketball. Although ACS comfortably dominated the basketball the BSP were able to hold their own and fought back against tough opposition.
Following an evening of fun in Epsom, the teams then travelled to Oxshott to play against a new opponent, Danes Hill. The BSP played some difficult matches in netball, futsal, cricket, basketball, tennis and even an athletics sprint relay.
This was a wonderful opportunity to play a few extra fixtures before the end of the year. All pupils conducted themselves superbly and staff at both opposition schools commented on the behaviour and fairplay displayed by the BSP pupils.
