Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award – Silver Expedition
Hoping the weather would improve, three Silver groups travelled to Clecy in chilly temperatures and rainy conditions to complete their Assessed Expedition over the weekend of 1st-3rd April.
All three groups worked well together to navigate, set up camp, and cook their meals. They successfully completed their targets by following their pre-planned route cards, working on the group’s aim as they travelled 18-20km each day and enjoying the spectacular scenery in La Suisse Normande along the way.
