Women’s International Day – KS3 English
Wednesday 8th March is a day for us to celebrate the achievements of courageous women who have fought for their beliefs in the face of adversity and often violence. Their courage has contributed and continues to contribute to the advancement of humanity.
As part of our International Women’s Day celebration within English, KS3 pupils had the opportunity to research the achievements of inspirational women and present their findings to their peers.
The enthusiasm and conscientious approach of pupils was impressive. Pupils also reflected on the inspirational women that they admire within our local community at home and in school.
