Guest speaker – Melissa Bell, CNN Paris correspondent
On Wednesday, students from Years 10, 12 and 13 had the great pleasure of attending a presentation by the CNN journalist Melissa Bell, recently returned from reporting in Ukraine.
Ms Bell provided the students with outstanding insights into journalism and the many challenges and issues surrounding news reporting in troubled areas around the world.
Answering a range of intelligent questions from our students with frankness, humour and modesty, Ms Bell’s presentation was greatly appreciated by students and staff.
