RAF STEM workshop
This week our students from Years 5, 6, 7 & 8 were given a wonderful opportunity to learn in a stimulating and engaging way. The Royal Air Force Youth Engagement Team and Hyett Education ran a series of two-hour STEM (science, engineering, technology and mathematics) workshops. The pupils were instructed to build a robot, programme it to travel along pathways and then add components in order to save astronauts and space vehicles. Thank you to Royal Air Force Youth Engagement Team and Hyett Education for such a memorable learning experience.
