Year 6 prepare for Newspaper Day
Last Thursday the Year 6 pupils met Rachael Healy (Miss Wassell’s childhood friend), a freelance journalist who writes for The Guardian and other prestigious newspapers. The pupils asked her excellent questions about what it is like to be a journalist and her experience.
The pupils are now very prepared for their upcoming Newspaper Day on 17th October and are continuing the topic of Newspapers in their English lessons.
