Year 2 Trip to Ferme de Gally

Our trip to the Ferme de Gally, written by Year 2:

On Monday, everyone in Year 2 travelled on a bus to the Ferme de Gally.

We had a short and tasty picnic.

I loved it when we got to play afterwards.

First, we met the angry geese and when they saw us, they honked!

The sheep followed us because they wanted grass and hugs.

I stroked a soft, brown guinea pig called Pic-Pic.

We met soft white rabbits.

I liked the goats’ fur because it was so soft.

The cart horse was amazing because he weighed 800 kilos!

I liked the white donkeys.

They are smaller but they are strong!

The ponies were really sweet and were called Chocolat and Vanille!

The pigs were the cleanest animals on the farm because they had one place to wee and one place to sleep and one place to eat.

I saw a cow and it talked to me!

A long time ago Chinese people made paper in the same way as the wasps!

We made paper and first you need to take a frame.

First we ripped old newspaper. We were recycling!
