10km Chatou – Saint-Germain-en-Laye race

The British School of Paris are, and following the 12th Chatou – St Germain-en-Laye 10km race on Sunday, now happily remain team champions. Sixth Form students and several members of staff popped their trainers on eager for the early morning challenge and ready to face the mega St Germain hill at the ultimate kilometre of the course.

Henryk (41’22) and Jack (49’06) represented the students and smashed it by coming 10th and 43rd out of 421 runners. Congratulations to them on their amazing sub 50′ performances.
The teacher podium finished as follows: Mr Lindsay (50’15), Ms O’Hora (50’39) and joint third for Mr Eley and Mr Ball (54’19). Thankfully everyone in team BSP finished and were very happy to share this sporting moment together!

Also a big thank you to the support crew on bicycles who took some fabulous pictures and carried water bottles for the brave runners.

Finally, congratulations again to Henryk as it says on his shirt – FAST. Well done everyone.
