Year 6 ECIS Maths Quest Tournament
The Year 6 Mathletes participated in the 2022 ECIS Maths Quest Virtual Tournament this week.
Normally held in a host city, which the children spend time exploring, this year the event was held online over Zoom. The BSP’s two teams were among the 37 teams representing 21 schools from around the world. Students worked against the clock to solve extremely difficult individual, team and investigative Maths challenges in this intensive two-day competition. The Mathletes have been training for this all year with Ms Keefe, and they were well prepared, completing every single round within the allotted time (not an easy feat!). The tournament winners will be announced on Saturday, but they are already champions to us!
