Year 7 visit to Cité des Sciences

Year 7 visited the Cité de Sciences et de l’Industrie at Porte de Villette in Paris. They enjoyed a 3D voyage in search of black holes in the Planetarium and found out about different types of transport, the international space station and the manufacture of jeans, as well as putting their mathematics skills to the test.

Layla – “I liked the planetarium as it felt like you were in a spaceship, and at the same time they gave you facts about how stars and planets form, and also the seats were very comfortable!”

Stig – “I thought the bubbles in the Maths exhibit were awesome.”

Mila – “I thought the museum was good because there were lots of different and imaginative exhibits.”
