19th November – World Toilet Day
The simple fact is that building a toilet and having clean sanitation saves lives. Over 700 children under the age of 5 die every day due to poor sanitation. That is why supporting the Year 7 Charity Toilet Twinning is crucial. The time, energy and cake baking skills of Year 7 enabled us to twin 3 more toilets. That means we now have 18 twinned toilets at the BSP.
Year 7 History students even gave speeches about the introduction of new hygiene laws during the Roman Republic.
