5H River Walk

After a lively discussion in PSHE about all the things which have been making us grumpy recently, Year 5 decided it was time to take some positive action. 

Having talked about the importance of fresh air and exercise for good mental health, on Thursday morning we headed out for a walk by the river in the glorious sunshine. 

We spotted lots of wildlife – robins, swans, a rabbit and even a woodpecker!  and are hoping to repeat the experience in a few weeks’ time… hopefully with just as much sunshine!
