Mathematics Week 2020
Wow what a wonderful week we have had! Year 5, Year 6 pupils and staff have been diving into a world of mathematics.
Children have been working in groups to solve clues and use their number crunching skills to dive deep into problems.
Year 6 have been designing their theme parks. Each group has come up with a design proposal, business plan and figures to promote their new venture. Each group has worked well and enjoyed the process of feeling their way through a ‘real’ life business pitch.
Year 5 have been working through different problems to open doors and dungeons in their castle quest. They have solved tessellation problems, sudoku and money questions.
