Internet Safety
The Digital Leaders led a KS2 assembly for Safer Internet Day, which is next week.
They invited Year 2 along to the assembly as children in Year 2 use the Internet at home.
The Digital Leaders reminded children that the Internet is what we make it. They spoke about never sharing any personal information online. Also, most importantly, to always tell an adult if a stranger approaches them in an online environment.
The Digital Leaders spoke about the importance of always being respectful when writing anything online.
In PHSE next week, children will be learning more about this half term’s Internet Safety topic: ‘Together for a Better Internet’.
