Year 8 Geography Trip
Thank you to all Year 8 parents, staff and pupils for the early start and enthusiasm throughout the day for this year’s Geography field trip to Étretat. The fieldwork was enjoyed by all: pupils started to find patterns in their beach profiles, they did environmental quality surveys, longshore drift measurements, field sketches, traffic counts and studied footpath erosion. They concluded that both tourism and coastal erosion were being managed sustainably.
