GCSE Art Workshop

Year 10 and Year 11 artists spent all day in the Art department, doing a portraiture workshop. Pupils began by taking chiaroscuro photographs, and using additive and subtractive drawing techniques on a charcoal ground. They then used loose watercolour and ink techniques to create a series of painted studies.

Pupils worked with focus and should be very proud of the results!
