Ski & snowboard trip to Italy

During the half-term break a group of 48 keen skiers and snowboarders made their way to Sestrière, Italy for six full days of ski school.

With five instruction groups available (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced ski; Beginner/Intermediate-Advanced snowboard) pupils of all levels were able to challenge themselves throughout the week.

Conditions stayed favourable with blue skies and warm weather lasting until the final day. Though the last day was dotted with some lift closures and high winds, our pupils remained enthusiastic until the very end. The tired but happy group arrived back to School early on Saturday morning.

It is unsurprising that the hosting hotel hopes the pupils will return next year: the friendly and polite faces in our group mean we will be well remembered both there and on the Sestrière ski slopes. Thank you to all pupils who attended, their parents for ensuring all were well prepared for the week, and to the teachers who accompanied the group.
