Viking Day in Year 4

Year 4 enjoyed dressing up as Vikings and delving back in time. 
The children developed their historical skills by making wax candles, sewing and carving clay models. They discovered Viking artefacts by brushing away the soil to uncover them and then research their use. At the end of a busy day they took away many interesting historical facts and skills.
