Year 2 Trip to Ferme de Gally

Year 2 set off to the Ferme de Gally on a rainy morning. The children visited all the farm animals and learnt how they live on the farm and contribute to our lives. They also had a workshop to learn how to recycle used paper to make new paper. A picnic lunch finished off the morning before heading back to school.

The children really enjoyed their outing and here is what a few of them had to say about their day out: “I liked the trip because all the activities were fun!”, “I liked looking at the guinea pigs”, “I liked looking at the horses; they were called Chocolat and Vanille”, “I got to stroke the bunnies; I really enjoyed it!”
