Year 1 Trip to Rambouillet
Year 1 had a fantastic time at the farm in Rambouillet where we met and stroked the famous Merinos sheep who have the softest wool in the world!
Farmers Betrand and Elsa took us round the farm where we met all of the different animals. We learnt lots of interesting facts about them in both French and English and even got to stroke them all! It was such a great visit but, of course, the best and most awaited part was the picnic. One of the children’s favourite farm animals was the rabbits and after such a busy visit we had lots of our own tired bunnies on the bus who slept all the way back to school!
