Year 4 Shelter Building Trip

Year 4 ventured to the Saint-Germain-en-Laye forest to design and build waterproof shelters. The children had to gather large sticks and leaves to create their fantastic shelters. Working and communicating as a team was paramount and the children shone in the opportunity to showcase their teamwork skills. At the end of the building, the shelters were tested to see how waterproof they were, some children did get a little wet! The children enjoyed a picnic lunch in the sunshine and the day was a brilliant success.
