Red Cross Cake Sale
This year the Senior School charity representatives decided that they would use last week’s charity day to focus the Senior School’s efforts on raising funds for the local Red Cross.
Following last year’s success the charity committee organised a nearly new toy collection. Senior School pupils kindly donated dozens of oldtoys that they no longer used. Once the donations have been sorted they will be sold at the BSPS Christmas Fair on Saturday Dec 2nd and also by the Red Cross directly. Thank you very much to everyone who generously donated so many toys.
To bolster the monies to be raised by the toy sale a charity cake sale was also arranged for Friday break time. Once again this hugely popular fund raising activity didn’t disappoint and a delicious selection of cakes were both donated, bought and, of course, promptly eaten.
