Roger Baugh joined the BSP in 1989, and has held the post of Deputy Head of the Junior School since 1999, although in 2008, he benefited from a sabbatical and spent a year teaching at the British School of Guangzhou in China.
Roger studied Physics at Sheffield University before deciding to become a primary teacher.
He taught in three state primary schools in different parts of England, spending five years as Deputy Head of a school in Scunthorpe before finally moving to France and The British School of Paris.
