Keith Pearey has spent nearly a quarter of a century at the School, more than a third of its operational history, before which he had teaching jobs in the UK and Jordan.
During his time at the School, Keith has fulfilled many roles, from the setting up of a Technology Department when he arrived, to pioneering the implementation of iPads as a teaching and learning resource. For twelve years Keith was responsible for pastoral care throughout the Senior School and in his career has been a seasoned football coach, expedition leader and taken BSP teams to compete at International School Sports Tournaments.
He has for many years been an active part of the wider school community as a Committee member of the British School of Paris Society and can often be seen at the touchline or in the wings supporting the School’s strong extra-curricular programme.
Keith’s wife Sue headed up the Junior School in Croissy before the new Junior School was opened and where, since 2010, she has been Deputy Head (Key Stage 2). Their two children were both at the School.
