The British School is located in the leafy western suburbs of Paris, offering our students an unparalleled opportunity to enjoy and make the very most of the many fantastic museums, art galleries and many historic landmarks on our doorstep. The Arc de Triomphe is just a 20 minute train ride from the School.

The Impressionist town of Croissy-sur-Seine, home to the BSP, maintains the feeling of a small unspoilt town which still has many family-run businesses based along a high street which retains a lovely community atmosphere and a thriving twice-weekly market. The town holds ‘Newcomer’s Days’ throughout the year, which include a welcome cruise along the River Seine.

The departmental capital, Versailles, built around Louis XIV’s spectacular château, is a mere 15 minutes drive away, as are the bustling tree-lined streets of popular Saint-Germain-en-Laye. The School’s network of Area Welcome Representatives cover these and many other places in the School’s catchment area.
