The British School of Paris has received an excellent report from the UK’s Independent Schools Inspectorate.

 Exceedingly high standards have been found in the academic progress of the children and the pastoral care provided.

 The British School of Paris fosters excellence in most aspects of its provision, boasts high level facilities and provides outstanding opportunities for all children to meet their full potential, academic, sporting or other.  The standards of personal development of all students were considered commendable as were the fine relationships between students and teaching staff. 

 Dr Steffen Sommer, Headmaster of the BSP, says: “We are immensely proud of this highly complimentary inspection report.  It highlights our students’ outstanding academic achievements, adds weight to our strong school ethos and demonstrates how the learning is inspired by excellent teaching”.

 The Independent Schools Inspectorate has been vetted and mandated by OFSTED and the UK Department of Education to conduct inspections on British Schools Overseas.  The British School of Paris was the first British offshore school to have undergone an ISI inspection of this third cycle category.
